Athletic Development & Bible Study

What is it?

Strength & Conditioning training sessions designed specifically for athletes looking to get stronger, run faster, jump higher and be quicker. Run by FitforIT.com​.  Combined with a 20 minute Bible study to expand your knowledge of God’s word and your relationship with Jesus Christ. Run by Shepherd’s Strength

When is it?

Fall Semester: September 8th - November 21st, 2025

Winter Semester: December 1st, 2025- March 13th, 2026

Spring Semester: March 16th, 2026 - June 5th, 2026

Summer Semester: June 8th, 2026 - August 14th, 2026

Monday - Friday 3:50 - 5:05 pm

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Lifting days

Tuesday & Thursday: Power, Agility & Speed days

Who can come? 

Middle School & Highschool aged youth looking to explore a relationship with Jesus and/or grow in their faith, while becoming the best athlete they can be.

How much is it? 

Unlimited (5 days a week): $149/month

13 sessions month (3 days a week): $119/month

9 sessions month (2 days a week): $89/month
